Zapzapmath strives to maintain the highest standards of decency, fairness and integrity in all our operations. Likewise, we are dedicated to protecting our customers', consumers' and online visitors' privacy on our website and when using our applications.
1. Protection for Children
The Services which we provide here at Zapzapmath, will never include any form of pop-up ads or other advertisements directed at children. In addition, Child Users are prohibited from accessing external links. External Links will only be available to Adult Users through Parental Gates or by entering the Parent’s or Guardian’s password created to use one of our services.
2. Types of Accounts, Services, and Users
How we collect, use and disclose information highly depends on the type of service and the type of user. We currently offer the following types of services: Zapzapmath School Parent Account, Zapzapmath Teacher Account, and Zapzapmath Home Parent Account.
Zapzapmath Accounts under a Teacher, Parent or Guardian Account are all collectively referred to as User Accounts, and the provisions of this policy will apply to all Accounts. Any difference in how a Child is treated under a specific Zapzapmath Account is identified below.
3. Children’s Privacy Policy
We recognise the need to provide privacy protection to children and put parents in control when children use our apps known as Zapzapmath School and Zapzapmath Home, in addition to the website known as Zapzapmath.
This Children’s Privacy Policy is designed to inform parents and address questions regarding our policies and practices with respect to the collection, use and retention of personal information of children under the age of 13 when using the Services which we provide. It is also how we will put the parents in control of such personal information.
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires that we inform parents about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; that we obtain the consent of parents in order for children under 13 years of age to use certain features of our app; and that we provide parents access to their child’s personal information to review and/or have the information deleted.
4. Types of Information we collect
We do not ask for or require children to provide their personal information beyond that which is reasonably necessary to use our Zapzapmath applications. Information collected from children is never used or disclosed for third-party advertising or any kind of behaviorally-targeted advertising, and it is never sold or rented to anyone, including marketers or advertisers.
Regards to Zapzapmath School:Prior to a child being able to use Zapzapmath School, the parent or teacher must register the child or student, either via the application (for parents only) or via the provided Web Dashboard (for teachers only). It is only during this registration process that the parent or teacher will be asked to provide the child’s name, as well as other details such as age, school, grade, and country. Zapzapmath School does not solicit any personal information from the child at any time.
Regards to Zapzapmath Home:Before a child is able to use one of our Zapzapmath Home applications, the parent or guardian must have first completed their own account sign-up process. In this sign-up process, we do not collect any information regarding the parent’s or guardian’s child or children. Once completed, they are only required to provide the child’s name to create a Child account. Zapzapmath Home does not and will not solicit any personal information from the child at any time.
Information Collected on the Zapzapmath Website:Our Zapzapmath website collects personally identifiable information from the visitors (parents, guardians or teachers) to our website only on a voluntary basis. Personal information collected on a voluntary basis may include name and email address. We do not collect any information from children as the website is meant for adult use.
This information is collected if a user requests information from us, and to sign up to join our email list or request some other service or information from us. The information collected is internally reviewed, used to improve the content of our website, notify our visitors of updates, and respond to visitor inquiries.
Once information is reviewed, it is discarded or stored in our files. If we make material changes in the collection of personally identifiable information we will inform you by placing a notice on our site. Personal information received from any visitor will be used only for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to third parties.
Non-Personal Information:In some cases, we may need to collect some information about you that is not personally identifiable. This particular information does not identify individual users, only a rough idea on a user.

Zapzapmath will provide the parent or guardian, upon request by email (stated below), the children’s personal information collected, used and retained by Zapzapmath.
The parent can also refuse to permit us to collect further personal information from their child and can request that any personal information that we have collected be deleted from our records. The parent may also agree to the collection and use of the child’s personal information but not allow our disclosure.
6. Release of Information
If Zapzapmath is sold, the information we have obtained from you, through your voluntary participation in our site and applications may transfer to the new owner as a part of the sale in order that the service being provided to you may continue. Children’s information will not be disclosed as stated previously. In the event, you will receive notice through our website of that change in control and practices, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the purchaser honors any opt-out requests you might make of us.
7. How You can Correct or Remove Information
We provide this Privacy Policy as a statement to you of our commitment to protect your personal information. The security of your personal information is important to us, and we employ multiple measures designed to safeguard the information collected by our Services. Account holders create a password in their registration process. At registration, we assign IDs to each new Account and Child or Student Profile. We use those Account and Child or Student Profile IDs to authenticate logins, allow access to the subscription content, and monitor compliance. The Account ID is also used to authenticate when requesting technical assistance or encountering issues with their subscription. Access to information is limited to our employees who require it to perform their job functions.

Zapzapmath reserves the right to make changes in this policy. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our site that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy policy.
